The Fayetteville Wine Society, a local non-profit members-only wine education group, presents its first charity wine tasting event. Dozens of wines from around the world will be featured for tasting. Proceeds from the event will benefit the The Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund and Children’s Charity International. Also featured at the event:
- An exclusive Reserve Tasting Room featuring hard-to-find, high-end bottlings
- Live swing and big-band music by The Fayetteville Jazz Orchestra and an after-party with a DJ and dancing
- Hosted at Fox Hollow, an English Renaissance style estate just a few minutes' from downtown Fayetteville

General Admission Tickets : $75 (partially tax deductible)
Special Sponsor Tables: $750 per table (includes eight person round table with general admission tickets for each and entry to Reserve Tasting Room)
FWS members Reserve Tasting Room Entry Fee: Free
Non-FWS members Reserve Tasting Room Entry Fee: $15
After Party: Free for General Admission Ticket holders; $10 donation after 9pm

Mission Statement
The Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund, Inc. was founded, October 23, 2003 to help support surviving U.S. Military children who have lost a parent in the Afghanistan or Iraq wars by providing them with College Grants.Our College Grant Program has been expanded to include both U.S. Military children and spouses who have either lost a loved one as a result of the Afghanistan or Iraq wars or have a severely disabled parent or spouse who was injured during a deployment to either war.
Our second objective is to help the surviving members of these families with financial assistance.
Our goal is to make awards to applicants in need, some whose funds were raised in their particular State that have children under the age of 18, and who are in need of assistance with housing, repairs, utilities, medical expenses, groceries, clothing, school supplies and other expenses deemed necessary in order to help alleviate their need. There is no substitute for a parent, but we strive to ease their pain and suffering and honor the memories of our fallen soldiers.

The hosts of tonight’s affair, Daniel and Kathy Fitch of Fox Hollow Landscaping, have been involved with mission trips to the border regions of Mexico for several years, building homes for impoverished children and funding their education. An information booth will be available to tell you about what Dan and Kathy are doing to help these children in desperate need.
